　　施工中如需要鋼筋代換時(shí)，必須充分了解設(shè)計(jì)意圖和代換材料性能，嚴(yán)格遵守現(xiàn)行鋼筋砼設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的各種規(guī)定，并不得以等面積的高強(qiáng)度鋼筋代換低強(qiáng)度的鋼筋。凡重要部位的鋼筋代換，須征得甲方、設(shè)計(jì)單位同意，并有書面通知時(shí)方可代換。

　　If steel bar replacement is needed in construction, it is necessary to fully understand the design intent and performance of replacement materials, strictly abide by various provisions of the current design code for reinforced concrete, and not to replace low strength steel bar with high strength steel bar of equal area. 　　(1)鋼筋表面應(yīng)潔凈，粘著的油污、泥土、浮銹使用前必須清理干凈，可結(jié)合冷拉工藝除銹。

　　(3)鋼筋切斷應(yīng)根據(jù)鋼筋號、直徑、長度和數(shù)量，長短搭配，先斷長料后斷短料，盡量減少和縮短鋼筋短頭，以節(jié)約鋼材。

　　The diameter of bending center of steel bar is 2.5 days and the straight part is 3 days. The theoretical calculation value of increasing the length of steel bar hook is 6.25 days for counter-rotating semi-circular hook, 3.5 days for straight hook and 4.9 days for oblique hook.

　　②彎起鋼筋。中間部位彎折處的彎曲直徑D，不小于鋼筋直徑的5倍。

　　(2) Bend the reinforcing bar. The bending diameter D at the bending point of the middle part is not less than 5 times of the diameter of the reinforcing bar.

　　③箍筋。箍筋的末端應(yīng)作彎鉤，彎鉤形式應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。箍筋調(diào)整，即為彎鉤增加長度和彎曲調(diào)整值兩項(xiàng)之差或和，根據(jù)箍筋量外包尺寸或內(nèi)包尺寸而定。

　　3. Stirrup. The end of stirrups should be bent hooks, and the form of bent hooks should meet the design requirements. The stirrup adjustment is the difference or sum of the length of the bending hook and the bending adjustment value, depending on the size of the stirrup outsourcing or the size of the inner package.

　　④鋼筋下料長度應(yīng)根據(jù)構(gòu)件尺寸、混凝土保護(hù)層厚度，鋼筋彎曲調(diào)整值和彎鉤增加長度等規(guī)定綜合考慮。

　　(4) The length of steel bars should be considered comprehensively according to the size of members, the thickness of concrete cover, the bending adjustment value of steel bars and the length of bending hooks.

　　鋼筋綁扎前先認(rèn)真熟悉圖紙，檢查配料表與圖紙、設(shè)計(jì)是否有出入，仔細(xì)檢查成品尺寸、心頭是否與下料表相符。核對無誤后方可進(jìn)行綁扎。

　　采用20#鐵絲綁扎直徑12以上鋼筋，22#鐵絲綁扎直徑10以下鋼筋。
