　　一、鋼筋保護層超厚的原因

　　樓層混凝土澆筑、振搗過程中，施工作業人員將樓板面筋踐踏下去，沒有將其拉正康復，導致樓板面鋼筋（負彎矩鋼筋）保護層偏大超越標準答應偏差值。

　　1、在樓板底部搭設好腳手支撐架頂緊，然后再進行樓板面剔鑿除施工，采用人工剔鑿樓板面混凝土。剔鑿時為避免擾動原有鋼筋與混凝土，應運用小錘子、鏨子進行剔鑿施工，不可用大錘猛擊。

　　1. Firstly, the scaffolding support frame is set up at the bottom of the floor, and then the floor slab is picked out and chiseled, and the floor concrete is picked and chiseled manually. In order to avoid disturbing the original reinforcement and concrete, small hammers and chips should be used for chiseling construction instead of heavy hammers.

　　2、剔鑿除板面混凝土時，剔鑿施工組織兩人鑿除，剔鑿深度為≤30mm，不能多剔鑿，先沿墻邊、梁中心向兩頭剔鑿，確保結構的，減少施工中對周邊結構的影響。

　　7、整理除掉混凝土后，用墨斗在板面上彈好擬植筋方位及距離線，有墻、柱的方位植筋規格距離同原樓面板規劃的負彎矩配筋，無墻、柱的方位面筋（負彎矩筋）錨固按標準長度錨入綁扎；面上層鋼筋綁扎時由一側梁、墻邊開端，從梁、墻邊50mm處開端順次植筋和綁扎。

　　8、按彈好的距離線，先植板面長向鋼筋（在基層負彎矩筋），再植板面短向鋼筋（在上層負彎矩筋），待植筋膠固化后開端綁扎鋼筋。

　　（1）鋼筋綁扎要求滿扎，不得留缺扣。
